At its heart is a 1.4-inch Italian-made Miraculous Medal centerpiece in silver oxidized metal. Blue crystals frame the detailed image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a reminder of her loving intercession.

A 3⅛-inch Italian-made Saint Benedict Crucifix completes the rosary. Its textured silver oxidized finish and blue enamel geometric inlay complement the gemstone beads. The traditional Saint Benedict Medal appears on the front, with its reverse on the back, reflecting Christ's victory and the protection sought through the Benedictine tradition.
